The Technical Program Manager is a customer-facing technical specialist responsible for deploying, training, and supporting users of DEWM systems across U.S. and international customer locations. This role ensures new customers receive high-quality operational training, provides onsite technical support for exercises and mission events, and performs system troubleshooting and repairs when required
Frequent travel, independent work at customer sites, outdoor field conditions, and interaction with military and defense personnel.
