We use the time prior to their finite internship dates to complete our required HR processes that also include a 3 to 5 month (on average) full CBP Background Investigation (BI) that MUST be completed prior to internship start dates.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe candidate should have experience with directing, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing a major segment of an agency-wide mission, including planning and conducting special studies, and providing expert advice on major functions and activities. Candidate will be consulted to provide technical assistance and direct support to headquarters management staff in all matters relating to the application of planning systems and management programs to meet mission requirements and coordinates activities of sub-office support staff, advising and providing analytical support on problem definitions and planning methodologies.
