Ridgeline Bike & Ski is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to help lead daily retail operations in our fast-paced bike and ski shop in Boise, Idaho. This role supports sales growth, staff development, customer experience, merchandising, and operational excellence across bicycles, e-bikes, skis, snowboards, apparel, and accessories. The ideal candidate is passionate about outdoor sports, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Retail leadership experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

# Assistant Sales Manager – Bike & Ski Retail📍 Boise, IdahoRidgeline Bike & Ski is looking for a passionate, driven, and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our growing specialty retail team.
