Test and Integration Manager
The Test and Integration Manager leads system integration, verification, validation, and acceptance testing for complex defense electronics products. This role directs test and integration personnel, manages laboratory resources and schedules, and ensures hardware, software, firmware, and subsystem configurations are properly controlled throughout execution. The manager develops and reviews test plans and procedures, monitors technical performance, resolves integration and test anomalies, and coordinates closely with Systems, Hardware, Software, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program Management. The position is also responsible for test readiness, data integrity, technical reporting, risk management, customer communication, personnel development, and continuous improvement of test methods, tools, and laboratory capability.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. Significant experience in system integration, verification, validation, or test within aerospace, defense, embedded electronics, or a similarly complex technical environment is required. Prior experience leading engineers or technicians, managing test schedules and resources, and resolving complex hardware and software integration issues is required. Knowledge of test planning, requirements traceability, configuration management, laboratory safety, test equipment, acceptance procedures, and technical data analysis is expected. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, and customer-facing presentation skills are required. Experience with military electronics, environmental testing, and regulated quality systems is preferred.
Program duration and training scope may be expanded or condensed based on participant experience, qualifications, and transition timeline. Due to DoW requirements, candidates must be US citizens. Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
