Senior Program Manager
As a Senior Program Manager, you are responsible for full program performance in accordance with contractual requirements and company policies within a defense and aerospace environment. This role provides overall ownership of cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction for complex integrated hardware and system development programs. The position serves as the principal company representative to internal and external customers while leading multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organization.

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred (or equivalent).Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DOD Security clearanceA minimum of 10 years related experience in the Defense and AerospaceExperience in working with the Defense and Aerospace customer community and in serving as a principal point of contact to key military and commercial customersShould have experience with customer communications, negotiations and proposal managementContribute to weekly and monthly strategic planning, plan execution and technology roadmap updates and must be able to keep team members focused on schedule milestones and objectives and must motivate team members to develop cost effective, customer-oriented solutions and approaches.PMP or MBA is desirable
Program duration and training scope may be expanded or condensed based on participant experience, qualifications, and transition timeline. Due to DoW requirements, candidates must be US citizens. Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
