Senior Program Manager
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual execution of complex defense and aerospace programs involving rugged processing and integrated electronic systems. This role leads multidisciplinary teams within a matrixed organization, coordinates program activities across engineering and support functions, and serves as a principal point of contact for internal and external customers. The Senior Program Manager establishes program baselines, monitors performance metrics, identifies cost, schedule, technical, and supplier risks, and initiates corrective or contingency actions when required. The position also supports proposal development, customer negotiations, strategic planning, technology roadmap activities, and new business opportunities while ensuring program commitments are documented and executed in accordance with contract requirements and company policies.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, business administration, program management, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 10 years of related program, engineering, technical, or operational experience within the defense and aerospace industry.Experience managing complex programs involving integrated electronic systems, hardware development, system integration, verification, and testing.Demonstrated knowledge of program cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, proposal development, and contract execution.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a matrixed organization.Experience working with the defense and aerospace customer community and serving as a principal point of contact for military or commercial customers.Experience with customer communications, negotiations, proposal management, source-selection activities, and supplier oversight.Ability to develop performance metrics, assess program status, identify emerging problems, and implement corrective or contingency actions.Strong written communication, documentation, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to maintain team focus on program milestones, customer commitments, and cost-effective technical solutions.Project Management Professional certification or Master of Business Administration is desirable.Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
Program duration and training scope may be expanded or condensed based on participant experience, qualifications, and transition timeline. Due to DoW requirements, candidates must be US citizens. Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
