Senior Quality Specialist- Defense Electronics-Onsite PositionAs our Senior Quality Specialist, under limited supervision, you will be responsible for receiving, in-process and final inspections of system components comprised of printed circuit boards (PCB’s) electrical cables, wiring, assemblies and system installations in accordance with engineering and customer requirements using schematics and parts lists, inspection plans and associated drawings. You will Independently perform quality verifications and document results in a clear, precise manner.

What You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience within Aerospace and DefenseExperience performing visual inspection on different commodities including CCA’s, PCB’s, machined parts, Cables/Harnesses, electronic assemblies and component parts.Experience with electronic assemblies and interconnect systemsExperience reading and interpreting engineering design drawingsExperience performing detailed dimensional inspections using precision measuring toolsExperience in using calibrated precision measurement toolsExperience in working in an AS9100 quality systemExperience in inspecting crimping, solder, conformal coating, staking and surface mount componentsPreferredCurrent or Recent certifications or the ability to complete the following certificationsIPC-A-610HJ-STD-001IPC-WHMA-A 620DIPC-A-600KAS9102 training/certificationESD Training and awarenessExperience with and understanding of AS9100/ISO9001 QMS requirementsProficient in SAP 4 Hana or ECC, and Microsoft products.Able to lift 30 lbsTechnical experience/education is desired
