Lead Manufacturing Engineer
The Lead Manufacturing Engineer performs advanced manufacturing engineering activities supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for electrical and mechanical products used in defense applications. This role collaborates closely with design engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and program management to support new product introduction, optimize manufacturing methods, improve production efficiency, and ensure products are manufactured in accordance with engineering and customer requirements.

This role collaborates closely with design engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and program management to support new product introduction, optimize manufacturing methods, improve production efficiency, and ensure products are manufactured in accordance with engineering and customer requirements. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/electrical engineering or equivalentMinimum 8- years' relevant Engineering experienceAbility to read and understand drawings, electrical schematics, specification, and MS Office suite or products.Knowledge of electronic and mechanical assembly principles.Preferred is experience in electronics manufacturing.Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply to practical situations.Ability to solve problems and deal with variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
