• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.• Provide general information about State Farm products and services• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications • Work as an agent’s assistant • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.• scheduling appointments • taking payments and billing inquiries • small marketing
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.• Communication and interpersonal skills.• Organizational and multitasking abilities.• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.• Bi lingual is a plus
