We strive to hire top tier talent who are willing to take on challenging engagements within our four practice areas: Blockchain, Software Development, Development Security Operations (DevSecOps), and Project Management. Our SkillBridge internship program aims to immerse the candidate in an exciting and challenging environment pairing the candidate with subject matter experts within our key delivery areas. Your unit Commander must authorize participation prior to the start of the internship.
The goal of our SkillBridge program is to help candidates obtain the necessary skills needed for employment in the Blockchain, Software Development, and Program Management fields. CSEngineering will assist candidates with translating their military experience into civilian experience to be reflected on their resume. Candidates have the potential for employment with CSEngineering upon successful completion of our SKillBridge program. CSEngineering offers a benefit program for those transitioning from Active Duty into the National Guard or Reserve components, offering full compensation for up to 80 hours of military duty annually.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.

It is our object that SkillBridge participants will: 1. Learn the basics of DevSecOps software development and related tooling, 2. Learn the basics of cloud deployments and containerized software, and 3. Become proficient in Blockchain application development and administration.
