Early Talent Program Manager - Internship Program
As part of the Early Career Recruiting Team this summer, you receive a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure across recruiting, talent operations, employer branding, and early career program management and see how these functions are built, scaled, and delivered at a fast-growing tech company. Through your rotations you will gain real project ownership, and work closely with mentors who are invested in your growth.-Partner seamlessly with the recruiting team to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all interns by facilitating smooth communication, providing timely updates, and acting as a brand ambassador-Help maintain candidate databases and tracking systems, supporting data accuracy and reporting-Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and intern program data to inform future hiring strategies-Run in-person and virtual events for our North America internship program as the team’s on-the-ground point of contact-Support onboarding sessions, social events, and mentorship activities and track intern participation and engagement metrics-Contribute to the creation of engaging content aimed at attracting campus talent-Assist with intern spotlights and storytelling initiatives-Maintain wiki pages, onboarding resources, and intern program materials-Support documentation of recruiting workflows and program playbooks-Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to recruiting and program processes
-Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment-Demonstrated leadership and involvement in campus organizations or student activities-Able to execute a program plan with clear deliverables, timelines, and strategies-Strong time-management and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organized-Detail-oriented, responsive, and quick to learn new tools and processes-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach
