Participants in the Real Estate Professional Development Program will take part in a structured training experience focused on understanding how to build and operate a real estate business. Through guided instruction, mentorship, and hands-on educational exercises, participants will receive training on real estate contracts, required transaction documents, and industry standards that guide proper use throughout a transaction. The program also introduces foundational concepts related to building a real estate practice, including professional standards, client representation, transaction flow, and business development principles. This experience is designed to provide individuals at the beginning of their real estate career with the knowledge, confidence, and industry understanding needed to move forward in the field.
Participants will be immersed in the day-to-day environment of a professional real estate brokerage while gaining exposure to the structure and flow of real estate transactions. The role includes working through real-world scenarios involving contracts and transaction documents, understanding how agents represent clients, and observing how a real estate business is built and maintained. Participants will engage with experienced professionals to gain insight into professional standards, decision-making, and best practices that guide successful real estate careers. This role is designed to provide practical context and industry exposure for individuals preparing to enter the real estate field.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Members will receive training from top level agents at one of the mist successful brokerages. After training members will be encouraged to test for their license and join Coldwell Banker Apex
