The Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting problems, completing installations, and performing unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment, based upon customer demand. Technicians work under the direction of the Service Manager and GM. Technicians should represent the company core values, perform all duties with safety and customer service being the paramount goal.
Receive structured, on-the-job training for the Service Technician positionLearn the fundamentals of the core functions of this position to include performing all necessary repairs to the Fuel dispenser, pumps, and Point of Sales SystemsLearn current industry regulations (DEP, EPA, L&I)Maintains company vehicles and obtain DOT certifications as neededApply military leadership principles to civilian team development and accountability Prepare service repair narratives for customers and all associated paperwork Maintain part inventory, supplies in vehicle, and maintenance of tools to perform the job Learn and apply all safety requirement operating in various field environments.
