Program summary

Use your exemplary communication skills to guide clients through the skills component of their First Aid and CPR training. Learners using our BEACON platform are connected remotely via video conference. BEACON Skills Instructors control the high-fidelity manikins that learners interact with to validate their skills performance.Advanced Life Support trained instructors coach learners through ACLS and PALS algorithms and megacode practice sessions.

Roles & job description

Applicants must be personable, trustworthy, professional, and tech-savvy. You should have a keen interest in providing an exceptional client experience. We are offering part-time (20 hours/week) and full-time (40 hours/week) positions with hours between 8am-8pm EST, Monday through Saturday. Remote work opportunities are available for this position. We are able to be flexible with school/childcare schedules with adequate notice.Required Minimum Qualifications:Abide by all American Heart Association and company protocolsComfort with technology; ability to learn troubleshooting for computers, internet issuesDedicated team-player, participation in communications among teammatesMaintain professional appearance and quiet professional space for phone and video calls Excellent communication skillsMust be responsible, punctual and able to work independentlyMust be able to attend scheduled training and professional development sessionsMaintain a quiet workspace free of background noise and distractionsCustomer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)Desired Qualifications:Physical proximity to one of our 55 training sites for employee training on our equipment and technology Sensitivity to and understanding of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgroundsPrior or current certification in American Heart Association BLS (or recognized equivalent)Current ACLS/PALS Provider certificates for Advanced Life Support position applicantsRelevant experience as a healthcare provider
