This program is ideal for individuals who value structure, professionalism, and a clear career path.---What You Will LearnTechnical Skills- Residential & commercial building systems - HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and structural fundamentals - Inspection tools, moisture meters, thermal imaging, drones (if applicable) - Safety protocols and field procedures - Defect identification and documentation - Construction Project Draw inspections for banking lenders - Insurance‑related inspections (4‑Point, Wind Mitigation, Roof Certifications)Operational Skills- Report writing using industry‑standard software - Customer communication and professionalism - Scheduling, routing, and workflow management - Quality assurance and inspection standards - Franchise‑level SOPs and business processes Professional Development- Leadership and teamwork - Time management - Field decision‑making - Client interaction and service excellence ---Role Responsibilities- Shadow certified inspectors during live inspections - Assist with data collection, photos, and report preparation - Learn and follow company SOPs and inspection standards - Maintain equipment and uphold safety practices - Support office operations when needed - Represent the company with professionalism and integrity ---What We’re Looking For- Transitioning service members within 180 days of separation - Strong work ethic, discipline, and reliability - Interest in learning a skilled trade - Comfort with ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and hands‑on work - Excellent communication and attention to detail - A team‑oriented mindset and desire for long‑term career growth ---Career Path After SkillBridge (If Hired)- Inspector Trainee - Certified Inspector - Senior Inspector - Lead Inspector - Operations/Team Lead We invest heavily in training and development, and the right candidate will have opportunities to advance as the company grows.
