Process Engineer, OpsEx
The objective of this program is to ensure the participants are trained and equipped with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to design scalable, enterprise-wide process solutions where none exist and optimize current workflows for greater performance and ROI, lead and manage complex programs and projects, from ideation to implementation, that align with business strategies, operational metrics, and technology roadmaps, apply Lean Six Sigma and other improvement principles to all initiatives, while also mentoring others to embed a culture of operational excellence, explore and implement AI-based solutions that enhance automation, improve decision-making, and create a better end-user experience, develop training, change management, and enablement programs that ensure new tools and processes are sustainably adopted, and collect and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the impact of your work.
Cloudflare is seeking an experienced and motivated Process Engineer, Operational Excellence for our IT Ops Ex Team. This role involves championing continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve operational performance. You will drive strategic projects from analysis to adoption, ensuring scalable and optimized operations.
Lean Six Sigma preferred
SkillBridge program may start remotely, however, will require relocation to Austin, TX or surrounding area prior to SkillBridge conclusion for hire-on.
