Chimney Sweep Technician - Job Training Program
We are seeking a motivated Chimney Sweep Technician Assistant to support senior technicians with chimney inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. In this role, you will assist with removing creosote, soot, and debris, inspecting fireplaces, and handling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will also help with documenting work, maintaining safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service.This position is ideal for someone looking to develop technical skills in chimney and fireplace maintenance while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
This comprehensive 13-week training plan is designed to help a new Chimney Sweep Technician Assistant acquire the technical skills, safety knowledge, and customer service abilities needed to excel in the role. The training progresses from foundational learning to hands-on practice and gradually builds toward full competency.
This position requires frequent travel throughout the state of Wisconsin and Michigan. Valid Driver's License required.
