Dealership Operations - Job Training Program
Because we value the collective talent, work ethic, reliability, and commitment routinely associated with veterans and service members, we are seeking service members to fill various roles in our dealerships and collision centers, including parts/logistics, warehousing, customer service, sales, accounting, IT, and finance and insurance. Our more-than-1,500 employees are part of one of the largest and essential industries in the country and we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you about joining our ranks.
The operational roles of our dealerships are of utmost importance for ensuring the best customer service standards in our industry. Therefore, we want individuals who have a passion to work in customer service environments within the automotive industry. We will assess individual skills, desires, and motivations in our quest to hire people well-suited to our organization’s culture, thus enhancing the likelihood of success. Our objective is for each service member to complete 120 days of training, though if necessary, adjustments to as little as 90 days will be made to accommodate the service member's availability. SkillBridge participants will learn more about dealership roles during for their first 2 weeks and then spend quality time in specialty areas deemed appropriate for the individual’s talents and interests. The service member will be assigned to (a) mentor(s) who assist(s) him or her in gleaning necessary skills relevant to dealership operations.
Service members with any MOS/Specialty can apply. Personnel with the following MOS/Specialties are equivalent such as Logistics, Supply, HR, Finance, Recruiters, Administration, Customer Service but again, we are open-minded in finding the right persons and any service member will be evaluated.
Be able to reside in NC or SC upon completion of Skillbridge to be employed at one of our locations. Skillbridge is completed at the potential place of employment.
This is no cost to the service member. If out of the area training, such as certification classes, etc, we will cover that cost as well.

Interview prep for this program▸

- ▸ "Who will my day-to-day mentor be, and what does week one look like?"
- ▸ "The listing says 91 - 120 days — can that flex to my approved window if my command shortens it?"
- ▸ "Is relocation expected for a full-time offer, or can I convert where I am?"
- ▸ "You list CAN, ARE, SUCH — what did interns from those specialties end up doing here?"
- ▸ Confirm the eligibility notes above — ask exactly what they need from you and when.
- ✓ Your projected start window and separation date (from your profile)
- ✓ Your command's approval status — even "packet drafted" signals you're serious
- ✓ Your civilian-translated resume bullets (generate them here)
- ✓ A written training-plan ask — you'll need it for your packet anyway
