GAF- Roofing Academy
This intensive two-week training program provides a comprehensive introduction to the roofing industry. Beyond mastering the sales process, you will gain hands-on knowledge of installation techniques and product specifications. Taught by the same industry experts who train GAF’s certified contractors, this course is designed to bridge the gap between military service and high-demand career opportunities in sales, operations, and technical roles.
Consultative Sales: Meet with homeowners to diagnose roofing issues and recommend high-quality solutions.Professional Development: Attend daily strategy sessions with sales management to optimize the sales cycle and team deployment.Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers and technical leads to mitigate risks and ensure high-standard project satisfaction at time of completion.
