DOW SkillBridge Career Exploration ProgramDOW's SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience across a variety of business functions and career paths. Rather than focusing on a single position, participants are matched with available opportunities based on their skills, interests, experience, business needs, and geographic location.SkillBridge participants may gain exposure to operational, customer-facing, project-based, and corporate environments while working alongside experienced professionals. Opportunities may be available in Operations, Dispatch, Sales, Safety, Inventory Management, Project Management, Installation Services, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and other business functions.Through meaningful work assignments, mentorship, and professional development, participants can enhance their civilian career readiness while learning about DOW's culture, values, and commitment to service excellence.

DOW SkillBridge Internship ProgramDOW is proud to support transitioning service members through the Department of War SkillBridge Program. This program offers eligible military personnel the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience during their final months of military service.Participants may be considered for a wide range of functional areas depending on their background, career goals, location preferences, and current business needs.
