Brunswick Thunder Jet Operations is looking for individuals to join our team who are proud of our incredible legacy and share in our vision to create life-long memories on the water!Position Overview:As part of the talented Thunder Jet Weld team, we are seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in MIG and TIG welding. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. This role involves producing high-quality welds on aluminum components and assisting with custom fabrication projects.

At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.  Essential Functions:Minimum 2 years of welding experience including the ability to perform MIG and TIG welding processes on aluminum materials with precision and consistency.Be able to fabricate and assemble aluminum boats, including hulls, bottoms, and other components.Interpret and apply blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to plan and execute welding and fabrication procedures.Measure, cut, and fit aluminum components using a skill saw, band saw, and other fabrication tools.Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards with project specifications.Operate hand and power tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on schedule.Complete all necessary documentation for production tracking and quality assurance.Identify and report risks and hazards to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel.
