Client Success & Sales Coordinator - Apprenticeship
Snapscale is a HIPAA-compliant managed service firm supporting healthcare practices with virtual staffing solutions. We focus on operational excellence, client continuity, and long-term partnerships. This role bridges Sales and Client Success to ensure signed agreements transition smoothly into stable, staffed client accounts. You will maintain momentum after the sale, coordinate onboarding logistics, and ensure no client or prospect goes without clear next steps.
Key Responsibilities• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and regular updates.• Own post-sale momentum from SOW signature through stabilization• Provide consistent multi-channel follow-up (phone, email, text)• Track client status and progress in CRM• Support Sales with structured follow-up on active opportunities• Identify risks early and escalate with context and solutions• Ensure every meeting ends with a scheduled next stepWhat Success Looks Like• Signed Statements of Work (SOWs) convert into stable, staffed accounts• Reduced client drop-off post-sale• Faster time-to-stability• Strong alignment between Sales, Client Success, and Overseas Operations

Ideal Candidate• U.S.-based professional with strong organizational discipline• Military leadership or operations background highly valued (E5 or higher)• Experience in sales support, account coordination, or operations • Clear communicator with high follow-through• Comfortable managing multiple clients and moving parts• CRM familiarity (Pipedrive, etc.) preferred
This is a remote position that can be performed in any U.S. State while serving or after discharge.
