The Real Estate Operations Specialist (SkillBridge Fellow) will receive hands-on training in the day-to-day operations of a real estate investment company. This role is designed to prepare transitioning service members for full-time employment in real estate operations, project coordination, and administrative support roles.Participants will gain practical experience supporting property acquisition workflows, renovation project tracking, property operations, and real estate business systems. The program focuses on developing workforce-ready skills that are directly transferable to civilian careers in the real estate industry.Successful participants may be considered for full-time employment based on performance and company hiring needs.
The Real Estate Operations Specialist will support the operational functions of a real estate investment business, including project tracking, property data organization, workflow management, and coordination of real estate activities. This role provides structured training and hands-on experience to prepare participants for careers in real estate operations and business administration.
