Skillbridge@BCG - Job Training Program
This internship program will afford the candidate to join a supportive case team who will help you learn and challenge you to grow. As a SkillBridge Consultant, you will be afforded the opportunity to leverage your military background and learning mindset to quickly experience management consulting in a challenging and rewarding environment.
A SkillBridge Consultant is responsible for specific components of a project, such as analyzing a client’s performance or conducting interviews with key market players. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, create strategies for change, and transform their potential into performance.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Candidates will need a minimum of the following: A bachelor's degree, 5 yrs. of previous experience, pass all background checks, agree to all conduct requirements. BCG will use an application (including pymetrics), Online Case and Experience & Capabilities interview, and two Case Interviews to screen potential candidates.
