BNX Business Advisory & Leadership Fellowship
The BNX Business Advisory & Leadership Fellowship is a 16-week, 640-hour DoD SkillBridge internship designed to prepare transitioning service members for civilian careers in business consulting, management analysis, organizational leadership, human resources, project management, government contracting, proposal development, and business operations. Fellows participate in structured instruction, professional mentoring, applied business projects, research and analysis, executive communication, supervised consulting activities, and a capstone experience. The program is delivered through a hybrid model and serves eligible members from all military services.
The Business Advisory & Leadership Fellow supports supervised business advisory and management-analysis activities while developing civilian career competencies. Fellows conduct business and industry research, analyze organizational and workforce challenges, assist with strategic planning and process-improvement initiatives, support project management activities, research government contracting opportunities, analyze solicitations and RFP requirements, assist with proposal development, prepare professional reports and executive briefings, and participate in supervised client-focused consulting projects. No prior consulting experience is required.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.

Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, critical thinking, initiative, and an interest in business advisory, leadership, entrepreneurship, project management, human resources, government contracting, or related civilian careers. Participation is subject to command approval and applicable DoD SkillBridge eligibility requirements.
