The ideal candidate will possess a sharp business acumen and a proven track record of strategizing and executing high-level program initiatives
Collaborate closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to define the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timeline for new initiatives.Lead program and project teams to maximize return on investment, while coordinating and delegating cross-project tasks.Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with established business goals and objectives.Partner with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.Analyze, assess, and mitigate program risks, while generating program reports for managers and stakeholders. Plan, execute, and sustain program initiatives that align with organizational goals.Create protocols for program assessment to drive evaluation and improvement.Ensure organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance are met.Supervise multiple project teams to ensure program objectives are achieved.Manage budgets and funding channels to optimize productivity.

Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program managementExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizationExperience in managing stakeholdersWorking knowledge of digital marketingOutstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related fieldPreferred: Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle)Previous experience in software developmentStrong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software or similarExperience in proposal writingMaster’s degree in Business Administration, EngineeringCertification PMP
