This training program will equip the SkillBridge candidate with all aspects of various Real Estate Sales processes; from the procurement of clientele to marketing and successful sale of Real Estate.
Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities: Follow-up with leads to increase sales. Nurture relationships that connect with our clients and sphere to help build wealth. Hold buyer and seller strategy sessions to find out their wants and needs in a home. Then show properties that they will likely purchase. Conduct open houses to promote agency listings and gain new clients. Participate in weekly meetings and weekend floor time. Assist with our Hero events in our community throughout the year. Attract prospective clients by daily scripts practice and lead generation techniques such as warm calls, door knocking and networking. Gain local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhoods
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the position. This will be completed during the training period.
Rockwell Institute - Required training courses needed before taking exam - $489; Washington State Exam - Required exam to obtain Washington state Real Estate License $223; IdentiGO - Background check is required to obtain license - $20; NWMLS - Northwest Multiple Listing Service - This membership gains you access to real estate listings and contracts for our area $240 every 6 months; Supra key - This is a service thorough the NWMLS that gains you access to the electronic key system required to open lockboxes located at homes that are for sale $14 per month; NPSAR Dues - North Puget Sound Association of Realtors dues and membership $530.50 annually
