Program summary

The Multifamily Real Estate SkillBridge/CSP Track is a 12-week experiential training program designed to prepare transitioning Service Members for careers in multifamily real estate investment and operations. Participants receive hands-on training in property acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, financial analysis, due diligence, investor relations, and property operations. Through mentorship, practical application, and exposure to the full investment lifecycle of apartment communities, interns develop the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue careers in multifamily real estate, investment management, acquisitions, and asset management while successfully transitioning from military service to the private sector.

Roles & job description

The Multifamily Real Estate SkillBridge/CSP Track provides transitioning service members with hands-on exposure to the acquisition, underwriting, asset management, and operational lifecycle of multifamily real estate investments. Participants will develop foundational knowledge in financial analysis, property operations, capital structures, due diligence, investor relations, and syndication while learning how apartment communities are acquired, operated, improved, and repositioned for long-term value creation. This 12-week program is designed to prepare interns for post-military careers in multifamily real estate, investment operations, asset management, and property acquisitions through practical training, mentorship, and real-world business application.
