Program summary

Participant will work closely with our team of general contractors in completing residential construction projects. The participant will be working with city and state officers, investors, suppliers, sub contractors, and real estate agents to learn how a construction project is completed start to finish. The participant will have the opportunity to work closely with each trade professional in the building process i.e. Architect, Engineer, Developer, Framer, Plumber, etc. Training and experience gained is intended to prepare participant for the General Contractor License Examination.

Roles & job description

Upon completing the training program and passing the Utah General Contractor License Examination, the trainee will fill the role of a Foreman and oversee multiple construction projects. They will be expected to lead a team of suppliers and sub contractors from start to finish. The trainee will need to be flexible and adaptable to handle unforeseen challenges and interruptions to the project plan and schedule.

Additional notes

Bai & Qian Wan, LLC is located in Utah. The Trainee would be expected to relocate to Utah to fill the position upon completing the training program should they desire to remain employed by the company.
