The SkillBridge Program at Bad Company Inc will teach participants from the lowest level basics of shop work through advanced performance automotive mechanic skills, in an area related to their military training. Some participants will learn business culture and Sage Accounting Software familiarity if that is to what their military experience best relates. Correct use of specialized tools and equipment will also be taught. Topics include: use of PPE, Vacuums, Brooms, Mops, Cleaning Consumables, Pressure Washer, Parts Washer, California Duster, Sonic Cleaner, Vibratory Parts Cleaner, Dynamometer, Vehicle Lift, Ratchet Straps, Chains, Chain Dog, Telephone, Computer (Internet Browser), Scanner, Copier, Specialty Equipment Awareness and Use, Torque Wrench, Parts Changing Software (ALLDATA) Maching Tools, Engine Build Tools, Plasma Cutter/Table, Ice Header Tools, Dog Fab Layout Pro, Caliperscalipers, Band Saw, Chop Saw, Belt Sander, Welding Machine, Lathe, Polisher Soldering Gun, Heat Gun, Wiring Hand Tools, Small Connectors and Parts Computer, Mustang Dynamometer & Software Interface, Sage Accounting Software and Business Office Hardware.
