As a Cyber Security Analyst, you are responsible for protecting client environments by monitoring, investigating, and responding to complex security events using advanced detection tools, threat analysis, and data correlation techniques. You conduct in-depth investigations to determine root cause and impact, assess vulnerabilities, and guide effective containment and remediation strategies. Working closely with engineering and threat intelligence teams, you help improve detection logic, validate controls, and strengthen overall security posture across diverse technologies and attack vectors. The role requires independent decision-making, precise documentation, and clear communication to ensure incidents are accurately resolved in line with service expectations and compliance frameworks. You also contribute to SOC maturity by refining playbooks, integrating risk and regulatory considerations, and mentoring Tier 1 analysts. This position blends deep technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and professional communication to deliver measurable impact within a high-performing security operations team.

Roles & job description

CyberSecurity AnalystJob Description:Primarily operates at the Tier 2 level but may operate at Tier 3 when needed or capable. Tier 2 Analysts are the first line of elevation for responses for all incoming security alerts.
