The Sales & Delivery Coordinator supports ATR's sales, account management, and recruiting teams in delivering exceptional service to clients and consultants. This role serves as an operational hub connecting sales, delivery, and recruiting activity — ensuring pipeline momentum, candidate flow, and client commitments are tracked and executed with precision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Sales & Account SupportSupport leadership, sales, and delivery with administrative tasks including scheduling, prospect research, presentation preparation, and deliverable tracking across ATR house accountsMaintain and update ATR's ATS and CRM with accurate client and candidate information, activity logs, job orders, and contract placementsUpdate scorecards, format sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries for leadership reviewCoordinate responses to RFPs and client documentation requests in collaboration with sales, delivery, and operationsMonitor client accounts for contract end dates, extensions, and service performance milestonesAssist with setting up new clients in company systems, including Avionte and other platforms as requiredProvide support with event planning, trade show logistics, or marketing initiatives as neededDelivery & Recruiting SupportAssist recruiters with job order intake, ensuring requirements are accurately documented in ATSCoordinate consultant onboarding logistics between front office and back office as neededMonitor consultant assignment details, including start dates, end dates, extensions, and conversion activity — flagging at-risk placements proactivelyFacilitate communication between recruiting, sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate and timely service deliveryQualifications2+ years of experience in a support role in staffing, professional services, or B2B sales — recruiting coordination or delivery support experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with full-cycle recruiting workflows including requisition management, candidate submittal, interview coordination, and onboarding is perferredStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accountsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with an ATS and CRM platform required; Avionte experience a plusHigh attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environmentCompensationHourly rate: $30/hour, based on experienceEligible for overtimeBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO per ATR's standard benefit plans
