Job Title - Financial Analyst Corporate Finance
In this role, you will support corporate finance teams in real estate, financial planning, investor relations, tax, audit, and strategy activities. You will assist in managing financial data, supporting forecasting processes, and delivering insights that inform business decisions. You will act as a trusted contributor—supporting stakeholders, executing financial processes with precision, and ensuring data integrity across reporting cycles. Military experience is highly valued and translates directly to success in this role, particularly in discipline, accountability, systems thinking, and execution under pressure.Key Responsibilities• Support monthly close and reporting processes, including variance analysis and financial commentary• Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping to track performance against plan• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities• Build and maintain Excel-based models and Power BI dashboards to support decision-making• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align on financial assumptions• Ensure data accuracy and maintain strong financial controls and documentation standards• Support cost tracking initiatives, including operational expense and working capital analysis• Prepare materials for leadership reporting, including executive-ready summaries and presentations• Maintain compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and financial governance requirements.
