Candidates should have strong communication, collaboration, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should also be skilled in troubleshooting, incident resolution, escalation with 2–5 years of relevant experience and preferred certifications such as Network+ or CCNA.
