Property Management & Acquisition Program - Job Training Program
Property Manager & Business Acquisition Intern - Hands On Training for Management of all aspects of Residential Multi-Family properties with additional training in acquisition of properties.
Handling day to day physical needs of each real estate asset and rental home. Addressing all tenant issues within legal guidelines of state landlord tenant law, Federal Fair housing and Americans with Disabilities Act. Doing monthly accounting and finance requirements. Preparing and executing business plans for turn needs, longer term renovation and maintenance projects and market rental and cost analysis.
Strong communications and ability to interface with residents, vendors, bankers and government authorities. Math abilities with some accounting training preferred. Comprehension and ongoing compliance with all relevant state and federal law. Computer skills to research new acquisitions.
Locations to be primarily Colorado with some responsibility for Florida units and training in some third area locations
