Program summary

The Federal Atlassian Support Consultant will work across multiple Public Sector environments and organizations to troubleshoot and implement custom changes for the Atlassian Tool Suite, strategy and services, user management and the configuration of add-ons and apps, among other tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who balances both technical and soft skills while delivering an exceptional customer service experience to the end users. They should be comfortable working with Public Sector agencies in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot quickly from client to client. This job is fully remote.

Roles & job description

Provide world class technical support and analysis for clients. Resolving customer requests and issues involving troubleshooting, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis via client portal.Prioritization of issue via a support queue across multiple clients.Work in an agile environment across different clients and Atlassian deployments while collaborating with the rest of the global support team, sharing best practices, and driving process improvements.Configure Jira Software and Service Management projects, including workflows, issue types, permission schemes, user management, custom scripting, etc.Identify, install, and configure add-ons and apps across Jira Software, Service Management and Confluence to support client needs.
