Career Outreach, Media Development & Executive Search Associate (Remote)This 100% remote SkillBridge program provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience across multiple divisions: Manifest Your Career Club, Arista Outplacement, Arista Executive Search, and AristaValor.org. Participants, interns, and apprentices gain real-world exposure to workforce development, executive recruiting, media production, thought leadership, and strategic business development.Interns will operate inside live campaigns — not simulations — contributing to outreach, executive search research, content creation, blog development, video production, and high-level professional networking. This program mirrors modern corporate environments using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, and social media platforms.Participants gain structured mentorship, execution-based training beginning in Week 2, CRM and spreadsheet proficiency (prior experience preferred but not required — training provided), AI-enabled workflow tools, and direct exposure to senior-level decision makers.Duration: 151–180 daysMinimum Commitment: 40 hours per weekDelivery Method: 100% RemoteSupervision: Structured Virtual Supervision & MentorshipPosition SummaryParticipants will actively build professional networks, conduct outreach to high-level decision makers, support executive search engagements, and help grow multiple workforce and media initiatives. Interns will learn how civilian hiring, executive recruiting, and professional branding operate in real time while contributing to live campaigns.Apprentices will develop advanced LinkedIn strategy, CRM tracking, spreadsheet reporting, executive sourcing research, and digital content creation skills. They will also learn how to create blog content, conduct interviews, produce video segments, and amplify thought leadership across social media — particularly LinkedIn.This role is intentionally designed to strengthen participants’ professional networks while providing exposure to business development, recruiting operations, media production, and strategic communications.

Roles & job description

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESConduct professional outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, CRM, and social media platforms• Connect with professionals navigating career transitions or workforce shifts• Promote workshops, career reset programs, and professional development events• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activity using CRM systems and spreadsheets• Assist in creating blogs, articles, and thought leadership content• Support live virtual workshops and Q&A sessions• Amplify content across LinkedIn and other social platforms• Conduct interviews with professionals and summarize insights for publication• Contribute ideas to improve enrollment, messaging, and engagement strategiesTOOLS & TECHNOLOGIESLinkedIn (advanced networking, sourcing, and content amplification)• CRM systems (training provided; CRM familiarity preferred)• Spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for reporting and analytics• Microsoft Outlook• Zoom / Microsoft Teams• Professional databases• AI-enabled writing and productivity tools• Social media platforms• Basic video and blogging platformsOutreach efforts may be aligned with participants’ targeted post-military geographic markets to strengthen real-world networking opportunities.REQUIREMENTSApproved transitioning service member eligible for SkillBridge• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation• Reliable, consistent, and coachable• Comfortable initiating professional conversations with senior leaders• Basic spreadsheet and CRM familiarity preferred (training provided)• Proficient in Outlook and typing• Laptop and phone required• Ability to submit weekly status reports• Growth mindset and curiosityIDEAL CAREER PATHS AFTER COMPLETIONExecutive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist• Business Development Representative• Workforce Development• Corporate Recruiter• Marketing & Outreach Specialist• Client Success Manager• Media Content Strategist• Program Operations Associate
