Arete Consulting, LLC - Job Training Program
As a Consultant II you will provide value-added advice to government clients, helping them navigate complex challenges and reach their desired outcomes. Using your industry knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills, you’ll assist clients in progressing from their current state to their ideal future state.
Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Actively listen to client goals and objectives, take ownership of the client mission, and ask clarifying questions to better understand needs and expand upon their objectives. Analysis & Research: Analyze existing programs, processes, and systems, conduct thorough research, and provide detailed written recommendations for improvements. Documentation & Reporting: Create reports, cost studies, requirements analysis, and process documentation that effectively communicate findings and suggestions. Collaboration: Participate in client and internal meetings, working collaboratively with teammates to implement process improvements and meet client objectives. Execution: Lead and support the execution of client goals, policies, and strategies, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and team members, providing regular updates on project status, workflow, and potential issues. Core Responsibilities: Take ownership of client goals, strategy, and project plans. Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders. Compile, analyze, and present key data to guide decision-making. Develop and implement policies, track performance goals, and measure progress. Coordinate the dissemination of program goals and objectives to relevant stakeholders. Desired Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience: 3-10 years of work experience, with sales or customer service experience is a plus. Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired. Other: Ability to work effectively with both clients and team members, showing strong leadership and collaborative skills.
