Senior Acquisition Sales Representative - Employee Skills Training
The Senior Acquisitions Sales Rep functions as a "Closer" and a thinking partner to leadership. While they still manage a personal pipeline, their role expands into structuring complex transactions (Subject-To, Novations, and Wraps) that require a deeper understanding of finance and legalities. They are responsible for the highest-revenue opportunities and the mentorship of junior staff.
We are seeking a highly motivated and result driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment and is eager to apply their skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. This role is centered on acquiring investment properties by working directly with property owners, building rapport, and identifying win-win solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, is confident in closing deals, and is driven by performance-based income opportunities.In this position, the individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing a pipeline of seller leads provided by the company, quickly assessing opportunities, and determining seller motivation. You will develop trust with prospective clients, analyze property and market data to support pricing decisions, and confidently negotiate purchase agreements. Daily activities will include maintaining accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system, collaborating with internal sales support teams, and consistently following up to convert opportunities into closed transactions.Individual will receive hands-on training in the real estate acquisition processes, and the use of advanced software tools to manage client relationships and track performance. The company provides all marketing and lead generation, allowing you to focus on execution and skill development. You will also be supported by an inside sales team responsible for initial outreach and follow-up, enabling you to concentrate on high-value conversations and closing activities.
