HVAC Installer/Service Technician
All Around Cooling & Heating is a Utah-based HVAC company providing residential and light commercial heating and cooling services. This SkillBridge opportunity offers transitioning service members hands-on training in HVAC installation, maintenance, diagnostics, customer service, and field operations while working alongside experienced technicians in real-world environments.
The HVAC Installer/Service Technician SkillBridge internship is designed to provide transitioning service members with practical field experience in the HVAC industry.Participants will assist with:- Residential and light commercial HVAC installations- Furnace and air conditioning diagnostics- Preventative maintenance and tune-ups- Ductwork modifications and airflow improvements- Indoor air quality product installations- Basic refrigeration and electrical troubleshooting- Jobsite safety and tool usage- Customer communication and professionalismInterns will work directly with experienced technicians and leadership to develop technical, communication, and operational skills necessary for long-term employment in the HVAC industry.Potential full-time employment opportunities may be available upon successful completion of the program.
