As a Real Estate Agent, you will work independently to facilitate real estate transactions, re clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, and provide expert guidance throughout the process. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service while adhering to ethical and legal standards. Key responsibilities include: assisting clients in navigating the home-buying or selling process, conducting market research to identify trends and property values, preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, agreements, and disclosures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, collaborating with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, marketing property listings effectively, negotiating offers and counteroffers to secure favorable outcomes for clients, staying informed about local, state, and federal real estate laws and industry best practices, and upholding your reputation as a trusted professional in the community.

To participate in the Skillbridge program costs the member nothing, but once the Skillbridge program is completed the member will need to fund their state required 63-hour course and exam fees. Must be in Tampa area or willing to relocate to participate.
