Roles & job description

The Corporate Team Development Specialist leads the design and execution of initiatives that optimize team performance, cultivate collaboration, and drive organizational growth. This role entails evaluating team dynamics, crafting tailored training programs, and utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance team effectiveness and contribute to overall business success.Role Responsibilities:Design and deliver customized team-building programs tailored to client needs.Facilitate events, ensuring smooth execution and high levels of engagement.Assess client team dynamics and provide recommendations for improvement.Track client satisfaction and program effectiveness through feedback and post-event evaluations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of team development tools and techniques.Collaborate with internal teams to align event logistics and client objectives.Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in team development, corporate training, or a related field.Proven expertise in facilitating group activities and leadership development programs.Knowledge of team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership development principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Professional Career Competencies (Soft Skills):Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.Effective time management and organizational skills.Emotional intelligence and empathy in team interactions.Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
