Roles & job description

Key Responsibilities: Assist experienced technicians with preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Support installation and repair of heating and cooling systems. Learn to troubleshoot HVAC system issues using standard diagnostic tools. Follow safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Record and document service and maintenance activities. Participate in mentorship and on-the-job training sessions. Learning Outcomes: Hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems. Understanding of heating, cooling, and ventilation principles. Exposure to EPA 608 certification and other industry standards. Development of teamwork, problem-solving, and professional communication skills. Knowledge of field safety procedures and service documentation. Qualifications: Active-duty Service Member eligible for SkillBridge. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude or interest in skilled trades. Ability to work safely and collaboratively in a field environment. Benefits: Mentorship from experienced HVAC professionals.
