ACE SkillBridge Program OverviewThe ACE SkillBridge Program is designed to give transitioning service members a direct pathway into the skilled trades and leadership roles within our organization. ACE SkillBridge - Trades & Leadership DevelopmentLocation: Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, AlbuquerqueProgram Length: 12–24 weeks (customized based on service member availability)Start Date: Ongoing enrollmentProgram Overview:The ACE SkillBridge Program is built specifically for transitioning service members who are ready to build a career in the skilled trades or operational leadership. We offer hands-on, real-world training in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, customer service, dispatch, and operational management, all while being mentored by prior-service leaders who have successfully made the transition themselves.What You’ll Learn:Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, HVAC, and/or electrical systemsCustomer service and dispatch operations in a service business environmentLeadership, team management, and operational best practicesBusiness fundamentals: scheduling, field operations, service managementHow to deliver world-class customer experiences and drive service excellenceWho We’re Looking For:Active-duty service members approved to participate in a DoD SkillBridge ProgramA strong work ethic and commitment to personal growthA team-first mentality and a willingness to learn new skillsPrior experience in mechanical systems, electrical systems, construction, logistics, or leadership roles is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:Structured hands-on training led by experienced tradespeople and business leadersDirect mentorship from ACE leaders, many of whom are veterans themselvesReal-world work, not just observationA clear pathway to full-time employment opportunities at ACE after completionA team environment that values integrity, hard work, and leadership
