Accrete Business Development Training Internship

Program summary

Accrete AI is seeking a Business Development Fellow through the DoD SkillBridge program. This 12-week internship is designed for transitioning service members who are passionate about AI, national security, and federal business strategy. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in federal BD operations, support go-to-market efforts for AI products, and contribute directly to client acquisition and growth strategy for U.S. Government and Intelligence Community customers.

Roles & job description

The intern will be assigned many tasks including, but not limited to, the following:Support development of BD strategy and federal outreach initiatives.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client segmentation.Assist in drafting proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and stakeholder materials.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align messaging.Attend internal briefings, client demos, and industry engagements.Track pipeline activities and contribute to CRM and reporting tools.Present weekly updates and a final capstone briefing to leadership.
