SkillBridge Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned finance industry professionals and fellow military veterans learning key industry skills based on location, including but not limited to: Theoretical and hands on training in disciplines including Structured Products, Fixed Income, Equities, Municipal Finance, Trading and Sales Finance Software Overviews (Bloomberg, Tradeweb, BGC, etc.) for researching deals and developing trade ideas. Client relationship management, editing and creating pitch books, booking meetings and interfacing with clients. Spreadsheet management, deal tracking and record keeping. How to use your Military Training and unique skill sets to excel in the fast-paced finance landscape.
Execute bond, loan, and liability management transactions, including origination, documentation, marketing, and distribution. Create presentations and pitch material for potential deals. Present summaries of economic and market developments, recent primary offerings, and secondary trading performance
