Performance Improvement: Identify and address underperforming accounts, collaborate with financial planning teams, and implement action plans to enhance profitability. Business Growth: Actively participate in industry events (e.g., BOMA), meet potential clients, and collaborate with sales teams to generate new business opportunities. Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on results. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in facilities management or a related industry. Ability to manage budgets, labor, and client relationships effectively. Familiarity with financial reporting, safety regulations, and process improvement.
